Location: Orlando, FL (In-person role)

Pay: $600 - $800 per week

Glow Orlando is seeking a Promotional Events Assistant to join our direct marketing team. We're not here to make noise—we’re here to spark real human connections that inspire long-term change. We bring nonprofit campaigns to life through face-to-face events that move people from interest to action.

What You’ll Do:

• Support and execute face-to-face marketing campaigns at live events
• Represent nonprofit organizations with passion, professionalism, and purpose
• Engage with the public to build awareness and drive donor participation
• Collaborate with a high-energy team to brainstorm, test, and scale event strategies
• Track campaign feedback and performance to help improve future activations
